Naipaul, pfui, Douglas Adams will be read for fun long after all the "serious" authors of the 20th century have fallen to the level of popularity Milton has now.
Also: great article.EHnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4624586630299165335.post-44363732747292721262016-10-15T10:31:09.303+01:002016-10-15T10:31:09.303+01:00Thanks for posting article,it is great article to ...Thanks for posting article,it is great article to know Artificial general intelligence: A Von Neumann machine...i suggest it to my friends to get knowledge...
powerpoint backgroundnavaneethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16848375361950263774noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4624586630299165335.post-59127459608198626692016-10-15T08:11:40.291+01:002016-10-15T08:11:40.291+01:00Order f magnitude wrong! Also, there are very interesting parrallels between g and what machine learning is trying to do. In essence, they are trying to find neural network architectures capable of simulating g, if not better. Here is a neural network, here is how the different layers interact with each other and the inputs and the outputs. Here is a loss function the minimize the errors made. Here are particular networks that are good at particular type of problems(say vision with convolution networks), like second order latent variables like spatial skills, verbal skills and etc. In particular if you look at deepmind and Hassabis's neuroscience research into the hippocampus and memory back in the day, there is a lot of explicit influence where he notes how neuroscience things directly influences the neural networks he tries to make.
